When Alicia Kennedy, founder of Inspirus, began introducing learning materials to her children, she quickly realized the lessons were not inclusive. From a historical aspect, the content was not accurate nor complete. So, she sought to create materials where everyone could be seen, that teach kids about life, and allow children to come up with their own conclusions.
